Resume Screening
During the resume screening phase, our HR team evaluates candidates based on the specific position requirements, with a focus on professional relevance and the alignment of experience and competencies.
Initial Interview
This interview is conducted by the hiring department. It assesses a candidate's professional skills, role compatibility, career aspirations, and communication abilities. For technical positions, this stage may include a hands-on practical test or a case study analysis.
Follow-up Interview
For key positions, the second/final interview is conducted by the department head or senior executives to assess values alignment and long-term growth potential.
Offer Extended
A formal offer letter, detailing the position, compensation package, and start date, is typically extended to the successful candidate within one week after the final interview.

Process/Manufacturing Engineer

Job Responsibilities:
1. Assist R&D engineers in product design and provide solutions for the process-related aspects of the product.
2. Design processes and related tooling fixtures, and define relevant equipment standards.
3. Responsible for the verification and improvement of processes and tooling;
4. Go deep into the production site to gain a thorough understanding of quality conditions; continuously address process and technical issues that arise during production.
5. Participate in the assembly process evaluation during the design phase of relevant projects, promptly communicate with designers, provide feedback on manufacturability issues, and ensure that the assembly processes are more rationalized.
6. Provide operational guidance and skills training for production and assembly workers, and instruct assembly personnel to follow the relevant assembly specifications.
7. Compile and prepare the PBOM based on SOP documents, and be responsible for organizing and maintaining ECOs related to design changes.

Job Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s degree or above in mechanical engineering, materials science, electrical engineering, or a related field; candidates with extensive experience may be considered under more flexible conditions.
2. More than 5 years of experience in process or tooling fixture design, with preference for the medical industry.
3. Able to independently complete the evaluation of assembly process flows and prepare SOP work instructions.
4. Proficient in various office software required for the job;
5. Preference will be given to candidates with experience in endoscopic processes and the design of tooling and fixtures.

Regional Sales Manager

Medical Device Mechanical Engineer

Job Description
1. Major requirements: Mechanical engineering, materials science, electronics, biomedical engineering, or related fields.
2. Proficient in using relevant computer software such as SolidWorks and Office.
3. Possess the ability to independently design handle structures; prior experience in medical endoscope structural design is preferred.
4. Proficiently master the medical device design and development process (from project initiation, input, output, design verification, design validation, design transfer, to post-market surveillance).
5. Job Responsibilities: Responsible for all aspects of the development process of Class II medical endoscopes (e.g., structural design, design verification, process validation, aging verification, preparation and issuance of relevant documentation, and tasks related to production transfer).
6. Possess outstanding problem-analysis and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to continuously iterate and update products and demonstrate innovative capabilities.
7. Possess complete project experience, with priority given to those with experience in transitioning R&D projects into mass production.
8. Possess strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively in a team.
9. Have a certain level of knowledge and understanding of key processes such as laser welding and adhesive bonding (e.g., an understanding of parameters that affect laser welding—such as spot size, energy settings, and duration—as well as the viscosity characteristics and electrical insulation properties of adhesives).

QC Inspector

Job Description:
1. Perform relevant inspections—including process inspections, routine inspections, and finished-product inspections—according to the division of inspection responsibilities, and keep accurate inspection records.
2. Be responsible for properly marking inspection statuses, isolating, reviewing, and disposing of nonconforming products, and promptly reporting quality information.
3. Be responsible for the proper maintenance and upkeep of all testing instruments and measuring devices used, and keep detailed records of their usage as well as maintenance and upkeep activities.
4. Those responsible for retained-sample observation shall, in accordance with regulations, properly conduct retained-sample observation and testing of sterile medical devices, and maintain accurate observation or testing records.
5. Cooperate in performing the calibration of measuring equipment;
6. Optimize the inspection SOP based on actual inspection conditions.
7. Maintain the 5S status of the inspection room.
Job Requirements:
1. At least 1 year of QC work experience, or outstanding recent graduates.
2. Possesses strong communication and problem-solving skills, a high sense of responsibility and teamwork spirit, and the ability to work diligently and endure hardship; proficient in using relevant office software.
Chief Accountant

Job Responsibilities:
1. Accounting Processing and Reporting: Responsible for daily accounting tasks, including voucher preparation, ledger posting, preparation and review of monthly financial statements, and ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of all financial data.
2. Cost Control and Analysis: Accurately calculate and analyze monthly costs and expenses, monitor budget execution, propose cost-control recommendations, and participate in the preparation of the company’s budget as well as in its ongoing monitoring and implementation.
3. Tax Management: Responsible for tax planning and filing, including the calculation, filing, and payment of various taxes such as value-added tax and income tax, ensuring tax compliance.
4. Audit and Compliance: Collaborate with internal and external audit activities, prepare the necessary documentation for audits, and ensure the compliance and authenticity of financial reports. Maintain the financial internal control system and enhance risk prevention capabilities.
5. System Optimization and Process Improvement: Participate in the optimization and upgrade projects of the financial management system to enhance financial work efficiency, and propose and implement process improvement measures.

Job requirements:
1. Major in accounting or finance, with a full-time bachelor’s degree or higher.
2. At least 3 years of experience working as a chief accountant in manufacturing or equivalent positions.
3. Hold an accounting professional qualification certificate; preference will be given to candidates who possess an intermediate-level accounting certificate.
4. Familiar with Chinese Accounting Standards, tax laws, and related financial regulations, and possess strong tax planning skills.
5. Proficient in Excel and the UFIDA U8 financial system.
6. Possesses excellent data analysis and problem-solving skills, pays close attention to detail, and is capable of independently completing various tasks.
7. Strong communication skills and a spirit of teamwork, capable of efficiently completing tasks under pressure.
